Trans Lifeline

Tel-Aide Montréal (TAM) is a free, confidential, and anonymous active listening service available 24/7 across Quebec. English-speaking individuals can now access a listening ear anytime, from anywhere in the province.

Aide aux Trans du Québec Listening Line

ATQ is dedicated to providing a free and confidential listening line for individuals seeking a compassionate ear, information, and resources.

ATQ’s volunteers, trained and supported by staff, are here to listen, accompany, and support you by offering a safe space to express your emotions, concerns, and difficulties.

ATQ’s listening and referral service is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

Please note that the listening and referral line is currently undergoing restructuring, with the goal of improving service coverage and continuing to enhance the quality of support.
