As part of the Peace Days initiative, P10 will be hosting Mapping Our Stories, an embodied exercise that explores our migration histories, geopolitical power dynamics, and the connection between place and identity. It is commonly used in Theatre of the Oppressed, a dynamic approach that uses theatrical tools to create social and political change among spectators and their communities. In this workshop, we will recreate a world map on the floor and play around with our concepts of space, cultural biases, and global cohesion.

Dans le cadre de l’initiative « Peace Days » , P10 animera « Mapping Our Stories », un exercice corporel qui explore nos histoires de migration, les dynamiques de pouvoir géopolitiques et le lien entre le lieu et l’identité. Il s’agit d’une pratique couramment utilisée dans le « Theatre of the Opressed », une approche dynamique qui recourt à des outils théâtral pour susciter un changement social et politique chez les spectateurs et au sein de leurs communautés. Au cours de cet atelier, nous recréerons une carte du monde sur le sol et jouerons avec nos concepts d’espace, nos préjugés culturels et la cohésion mondiale.
